Find the bottlenecks. Fix the workflow.

Blue Coast Operations works with small and mid-sized businesses, especially contractors, home-service companies, local service businesses, and growing operational teams. We start by understanding how the business runs, identify where automation can create real value, then implement the systems that make sense.

01

Operational Audit

We look at how work actually moves through your business, where your team loses time, and which repetitive processes are worth improving or automating.

02

Automation Implementation

We design and build practical workflows for lead handling, follow-up, admin, reporting, business development, internal handoffs, and other repetitive work.

03

Ongoing Optimization

When it makes sense, we stay involved on a retainer to maintain workflows, improve existing systems, identify new opportunities, and support the business as it grows.

04

Software Implementation

If the right solution requires new software, we can help evaluate, configure, and implement it so the technology fits the operation instead of creating more work.

A straightforward way of working.

The goal is not to add more software for the sake of it. The goal is to make an existing workflow faster, cleaner, and easier to manage.

01

Understand the operation

We start with how the work gets done today, including the handoffs, spreadsheets, emails, systems, and people involved.

02

Find the right opportunities

We identify where automation, better workflow design, or better software can create a meaningful operational benefit.

03

Build and implement

We create the solution around the tools your team already uses whenever possible, then put it into the real workflow.

04

Improve it over time

Once it is working, we measure the result, make adjustments, and stay involved when ongoing support makes sense.

Make an existing system more useful.

Central Oregon Tile and Stone already had a custom permit tracking platform. The opportunity was not to replace it. The opportunity was to make the information inside it easier to understand and act on.

What they already had

A homegrown permit tracking system with visual dashboards showing key statuses such as total permits, ready, needs attention, and bill ready.

What I added

I connected a lightweight language model to the permit software so it could read the JSON permit logs, understand the context of each permit, and identify what was happening without requiring someone to manually interpret every entry.

How it connected back to the business

The workflow linked back to the company Gmail account so permit activity could drive client status updates and automated invoice emails.

A little about me.

Hello! My name is Shayden Poole. I come from a background in utilities, construction, business operations, workflow design, and automation implementation. I am originally from Oregon and moved to Florida five years ago.

What I enjoy most is helping businesses take large, complex systems and turn them into something simpler, cleaner, and more efficient. I like understanding how a business actually works and building practical solutions that make day-to-day operations easier to manage.

Good automation should feel less like adding technology and more like removing friction.

What would you automate if you could?

If there is a process your team repeats every day, there is a good chance part of it can be improved or automated.
